Form-Scaff design, manufacture, hires and sells world-class products to both local and international markets. Our products include integrated and compatible ranges of horizontal and vertical formwork systems, along with various support systems, access systems and safety equipment. Form-Scaff also designs and manufactures once-off Special Formwork as well as supply various construction sundry items.

Our products have been extensively used in many of South Africa’s landmark structures such as Shopping centres, Airports, Stadiums and highrise buildings. Some of our key international projects include the Bank of Tanzania, US embassy in Nigeria and two Nuclear Power stations in Finland and Russia

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Our key products are divided into the following six catagories:

Vertical Formwork

Tifa, Tifa-Lite, Econo-Form and Multi-Form are some of Form-Scaff’s popular systems used for vertical formwork applications such as Columns, Walls and Beamsides. Circular applications are also possible using the very popular Tifa-Lite Flex system or Multi-Form with radiussed walers.

Horizontal Formwork

Form-Scaff’s latest addition, Kwik-Deck, offers fantastic concrete finishes in combination with safety and cost effectiveness. Other products in our decking range include the tried and proven Kwik-Strip system, complimented by our vast range of Fibreglass Coffers and Troughs for single and double waffle slab construction. Multi-Form offers the flexibility of using main- and secondary bearers at any required spacing while Econo-Form are normally used to support heavy civil type structures such as bridge decks.

Supportwork

From Kwik-Stage, BS Props and Alu-Up Props for standard decking structures, to heavy duty Girders and Form-Scaff’s new Super-Beam range to do unsupported spans, Form-Scaff has what it takes to carry almost any load. Other products also includes Form-Soldier Shores, Tri-Shores and the new Super-Shore. (100 ton capacity)

Scaffolding

Form-Scaff offers Kwik-Stage as the standard and proven scaffolding system for both the construction and industrial industries. Kwik-Lock, the selflocking tower scaffold system is also available for light duty access projects.

Special Formwork

Form-Scaff’s dedicated “Special Formwork Factory” produces millions of rands worth of high quality purpose made shutters to the construction industry both locally and abroad. From Column boxes to complex square to round Tunnel shutters, Form-Scaff has the ability to produce almost any shape and size required.

Form-Scaff stocks a vast range of Formwork and Scaffolding sundry products such as Anchor screws / Concrete buckets / Builders trestles / Road-forms / Tie systems / Jack testing machines which can be
