Form-Scaff’s all-new Tifa-Lite Adjustable Column Box now available !

Form-Scaff’s new Tifa-Lite Adjustable Column Box now allows
the contractor to use one Column Box for various size columns ranging between 150mm and 750mm.

Manufactured from the same profile as the ever popular Tifa-Lite
system, further enables one to use the new Adjustable panel on
any Retaining Wall corner as well.

The high quality phenolic coated plywood fitted inside the Tifa-Lite Frame ensures good concrete finishes. The 90kN/m2 concrete pressure capability ensures faster high tolerance concrete pours.

The new Column Box comes complete with a very unique range of Safety features. It uses standard Kwik-Stage Hook on Ladders which are secured to the side of the panel with a Ladder Clamp. Form-Scaff’s new patented Ladder Cage simply hooks onto the Ladder in any position transforming it into a safe to use “Catladder”.

The Access Platform creates a safe and secure working platform for pouring concrete. Uni-Bolts and Dywidag Combi-nuts are used to secure the platform to the top of the panels.  Guardrail Frames and – Cage completes the platform.
